This air cooled reflector by Black Orchid has one significant advantage in that it uses a special pure crystallised glass to allow more light penetration.
Traditional glass has a green tint caused by impurities that reduce light that passes through it. With these impurities removed, the refined glass in this reflector is crystal clear allowing a proven increase in light penetration.
